An online, interactive, anonymous resource called SilverCloud is available through OSF HealthCare. Use this free app to manage the feelings and causes of depression, anxiety or stress. You’ll work through a series of interactive modules that include mindfulness exercises, interactive journaling, and mood or lifestyle charting.

The EAP provides confidential, short-term counseling at no cost. Additionally, if you’re enrolled in a Bradley-sponsored health plan, you can schedule a time to speak with a counselor in the privacy of your home through the Virtual Visit option.
