Broadcast Engineering Services

Broadcast Engineering Services provides technical support for WCBU-FM (NPR) and WTVP-TV (PBS). Consulting, management and construction oversight services are also conducted for several communications systems on and off campus, including tower management, and cooperation with CES for cell phone providers, emergency telecommunications for police, fire and other FCC controlled services.

Communication and Engineering Services

Communication and Engineering Services (CES) provides system design, installation and maintenance for Bradley University’s telecommunications, Digital Compressed Video and networking systems.

Computing Services

Bradley’s Computing Services Department, which includes the Technology HelpDesk is responsible for overseeing the University’s technological functions such as its wireless Internet, e-mail services and MyBU.

Information Technology

Information Technology creates Bradley’s technological environment. IT is comprised of computing services, broadcast engineering, communication engineering services and Learning Design and Technology departments.

Learning Design & Technology

Learning Design & Technology offers assistance to the University community through six service areas: Audio Visual Services, Audio/Video Production, Duplicating, Graphics, Mediated Classrooms and Videoconferencing.

Student Financial Services

Financial Assistance, Students Fees/Billing and Student loans comprise Bradley's Student Financial Services (SFS)---a one-stop experience for billing and bill payments, financial aid and scholarships, and student and parent borrowing.

University Police

Utilizing community-oriented policing, the Bradley University Police Department works to enhance quality of life, create a safe living environment and promote a positive learning experience for students, faculty, staff and community members on and off campus.


WCBU (89.9 FM) is central Illinois’ NPR affiliate, which is located on the Bradley University campus.
