Check-in is between 10am-12 noon on Monday/Thursday at Williams Hall, 821 N. Duryea. On August 17 check in will be between 9am-12 noon at Bradley Hall, 814 N. Tobias. View the campus map. A PDF document is at the bottom of the campus map link.
You are permitted to register up to two parents/supporters to attend your session with you.
Siblings 17 years old and under cannot attend an orientation session without a parent/supporter.
On the reservation form, under the special requests or other notes sections, students can request, or go back and edit, to room with another student attending the same session. However, both students must arrive to check-in at the same time and officially make the request then. If one student arrives earlier, he/she will need to wait for the other student to arrive so they can both check in simultaneously.
Parking restrictions include parking in front of a fire hydrant or a disability parking sign, unless you have a valid permit displayed. Campus signage will direct you to the Duryea Parking Deck, which is directly across the street from check-in at Williams Hall. Otherwise, there are no additional parking restrictions during the summer.
The program will begin at approximately 1pm on Monday/Thursday with lunch on your own.
The program will conclude on Tuesday/Friday at approximately 5pm. Schedules will be made available on the main page closer to the first orientation session.
Refund Policy: Meals, staffing, materials and linens are ordered in advance. To cancel a reservation, either call or email our office. A 72-hour cancellation notice BEFORE the assigned Orientation session begins is required for a refund. No refunds can be issued within 72 hours of your scheduled session.
Students & Supporters
Students and parents/supporters will not always be together. Please plan accordingly for car keys, money, clothing, etc.
