Bradley’s master’s degree in educational administration is a one-year (full-time) to three-year (part-time) program that meets course requirements for principal licensure through the Illinois State Board of Education. You may enroll in the program after completing two years of classroom experience. You learn organizational and leadership theory, school law, school finance, effective community relations, how to evaluate teachers, and how to be an instructional leader. You apply this knowledge in a yearlong field experience or internship with an experienced school administrator.
