The Bradley Advantage

As a student in military science, you take a series of courses that develop your leadership and management skills. These courses are open to students of all majors. In fact, the United States Army seeks a diverse set of education and experience that can only be provided by graduates from the entire catalog of majors and minors. In addition to military science, you complete initial entry and other military-focused training and preparation. If you’re unsure about a military career, you can complete the first two years of training and education without a commitment the United States Army.

Successful Outcomes

Bradley’s military science graduates leave the Hilltop receiving commissions in the United States Army as second lieutenants. They then enter the Active Army, Army Reserve or National Guard and proceed to the next phase of military training, where they receive education and experience in their basic branch. In recent years, our graduates have commissioned active-duty in the following branches: field artillery, military police, medical corps, ordnance corps and quartermaster corps. Others have begun their military career in the Army Reserve, filling vacancies in the Nation’s Operational Reserve Force within hospital, military police, transportation, field maintenance and field service units.
