In an effort to make the campus event planning process as streamlined and as efficient as possible, Student Activities has created this section of our website that provides all the forms, information and advice student organization leaders need to plan and execute their campus events. Please peruse this section of the website and contact our office with any additional questions that pertain to the specific event you’re planning.

Campus Event Planning

This section of our website is a “one-stop shop” for all questions regarding processes and procedures for planning events on campus. Not sure who to contact to place a catering order?  Can’t remember how to reserve a specific space on campus?  Check out this website.

Student Organization Registration Form

All student organizations are required to submit this online registration form to our office at the beginning of every school year.  The annual deadline is September 15.  

If you want to start a new organization, you will initiate this process through filling out this same online form, as well.  Include “New Organization” in parenthesis after the organization name on the online form.

Space Reservation Form

Student Activities manages reservation requests for Olin Quad, Baker Quad, Lydia’s Lounge and tabling spaces in the Student Center atrium and Bradley Hall Patio.  Want to reserve one of these spaces but don’t have time to stop by our office during business hours?  Complete the online form and our office will respond with a confirmation of your reservation.


Equipment Reservation Form

Want to borrow event-related equipment from our office?  Complete this online form to ensure you have the equipment you need to make your event a success.

Event Assessment Form

After you execute your event, complete this event assessment form to let our office know how successful your event was, what challenges you faced and more.  A copy of this completed form will be emailed to the person who submits the form so that they can use it as transition material to give to the organization member planning the event next year.

Note that SABRC-funded events are required to complete this form no more than one week after the event.

Website Request Form

Does your student organization want a website hosted through the university’s server?  Complete this online form and you’ll be emailed once the website is set-up.
