Graduate assistants are paid every two weeks in equally divided paychecks throughout the semester. The specific payroll dates change each semester. You can find the payroll dates for students on the Controller's Office website. The graduate assistant payroll dates for 2017-18 are listed below:
Bradley does not issue GA paychecks between Dec. 16, 2017 and Feb. 9, 2018, so please plan your budget accordingly.
Your GA start date is stated in your award letter. You are expected to report to your supervisor one week before that date and have the necessary paperwork completed in the Payroll Office before you start working.
The end date for Fall 2017 is Saturday, Dec. 16 and for Spring 2018, it is Saturday, May 12. You are not expected to work after Dec. 16 until your Spring semester start date.
